Refunds & returns
We want you to be happy with your Toytopia order. If something isn't right, we'll help.
Returns
- You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the condition you received them.
- Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, message us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, and cover the return shipping.
Refunds
- Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
- For changes of mind, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Orders outside South Africa
Customers in Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, Eswatini, Zimbabwe and Mozambique can return items on the same terms, but must cover international return shipping unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect. Customs duties paid on import cannot be refunded by us.
